Terms of Service

By accessing or using Getfollio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

When you purchase a template, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that template for the purposes specified in the license tier you purchased.

Starter licenses permit personal use only. Pro and Agency licenses permit commercial use as described on the Pricing page.

Each template license covers a single live deployment. Deploying the same template across multiple websites or domains requires a separate purchase per deployment, or a commercial license — contact support@getfollio.com to discuss multi-site licensing.

You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense templates as standalone products. Customized templates built for specific clients as part of a contracted project (Pro/Agency) are permitted.

All template purchases are final once the template has been added to your library and made available for deployment. We do not offer refunds after that point. Getfollio templates are deployed as managed portfolios on our infrastructure — there are no downloadable source files.

Getfollio templates run exclusively on Getfollio Cloud — our managed global edge infrastructure powered by Cloudflare. No self-hosting option or source code download is offered.

Two hosting plans are available: Starter, which provides a Getfollio subdomain (yourname.getfollio.com), and Professional, which allows you to connect your own custom domain. Both plans are billed on an annual basis.

If your hosting subscription lapses or is not renewed, your live portfolio will be taken offline. Your template license remains valid and your portfolio can be reactivated at any time by renewing your hosting subscription.

The Professional plan requires you to point your domain's DNS records to Getfollio. You are responsible for maintaining your domain registration with your registrar — Getfollio does not manage domain renewals on your behalf.

All templates, designs, code, and content provided through the Service remain the intellectual property of Getfollio and its licensors.

Your purchase grants you a license to use the template — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Getfollio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Getfollio operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
